A day in the life as a Assistant Store Leader, Visual...

  • Live our purpose and values every day through engagement and interactions with customers and team

  • Drive results in alignment to strategic focuses and business goals, holding self and team accountable to these goals

  • Ensure the store is relentlessly focused on the customer and prospective customers at all touchpoints, including pipeline ownership and customer feedback loops to drive retention

  • Exemplify the brand through visual merchandising execution, standards, and ongoing evaluation and decision making to drive results

  • Perform LOD shifts as assigned and coach to exceptional LOD performance, ensuring all peak segments are assigned for success

  • Create and foster a safe and inclusive environment for all associates and customers, upholding our company values

  • Lead talent for the store, partnering with the store leadership team, AM, and business partners in talent acquisition, associate experience, and engagement strategy

  • Participate in leadership training and onboarding for all associates

  • Lead team’s adoption, understanding, and compliance of updated focuses, policies, and processes, through communication and accountability

  • Ensure and prioritize team and customer safety through compliance, routines, and proactive oversight

  • Plan and prioritize the work of the building, driving topline results through expense and payroll ownership and accountability

  • Own profit-driving behaviors that drive P&L results, with action planning, education, and reviewing expenses to budget

    What you’ll bring to the table…

  • Strong understanding of the CB2 visual merchandising concepts and the ability to use them effectively and creatively

  • Knowledgeable on how visual merchandising impacts sales and ability to analyze available reporting tools

  • Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve

  • Knowledgeable on Point of Sale (POS) system, computer and printer, Google Suite, company email system, telephone/intercom system, copier, fax machine, SKU and tagger guns, tape machine, small hand tools, ladders, stepstools, hand truck/dolly, baler, Datasign system, Basecamp system

  • Good reading and written language skills (English), basic arithmetic, interpersonal skills, telephone presence, data entry skills, organizational skills, problem solving skills

  • Ability to maintain a safe working environment

  • 3+ years customer service or retail leadership experience preferred

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices

Minimum Starting Rate: $24.00 Hourly

Up to: $30.00 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
